Every program I make is personally tailored and goal oriented to help you achieve whatever it is that you’ve set out to accomplish.
These training blocks range from 6-8 weeks in length and are programmed around how many days a week you see yourself training. I put meticulous thought into designing a regimen that specifically addresses the things that you care about while also aiming to improve your general fitness as a whole.
Whether it be geared toward fat loss or muscle building, to progress in specific disciplines such as bodybuilding/strength training, general physical preparedness (GPP), or just increasing activity as a means of aging gracefully, my years of research and experimentation can help you achieve your goals.

One-time training block
One-time call to assess goals, limitations, and level of commitment. Includes personalized program ranging from six to eight weeks in length.

Three block training bundle
Includes an initial call to assess goals, limitations, and level of commitment + two follow-up calls to modify and adjust training for continued progress + unlimited email support.
